Not closing today...
The Lord is good and has taken care of me through this whole process. And He continues to do so. The appraisal came back for 6,000 less than the purchase price we settled on. Which is SO good for me, it has just pushed back the closing day. Hopefully (I'm believing) that I will get to close on Thursday morning.
And that's the update for now.

By the way... I just found the BEST Pandora station there is. Etta James Radio. Enough said. James Morrison is a close second though. Enjoy!
