Rejoicing death?

I am not going on a tangent... but I am so disturbed by the reaction of death in our country in the past 24 hours. I know that this man hurt and killed thousands... he is a fallen man. I would probably even say he is a terrible man. But wasn't Paul a terrible man until he found Jesus?

A soul has been lost and I don't feel this is anything to celebrate so casually.
