babies babies babies!!!

Big announcement! There will be another baby coming into my sweet family in August!!! No dear friends, I am not with child... but my sister-in-law/one of my best friends is! (The above picture is how they told me they were pregnant and I of course immediately burst into tears of joy!) I am beyond ecstatic for a few reasons. They are as follows and in no particular order:

1) This is MY BROTHER who is becoming a father! I am SO proud of him. Proud of what the Lord has done in him, proud of the man and husband he has become, and proud of all the things the Lord is doing through him right now and all of the amazing things He is going to do through Will in the future. He's got big plans for my brother, I can feel it in my bones! I am so thankful that He is in Conway and that we get to do life together as adults. (Now if only we could get the Harrigan Clan down here!)

2) I love little babies.

3) This is my friend Kelly. Who I met in my very first D-Group (bible study) in college. I was a sophomore and she was a freshman. We sat next to each other on a couch belonging to the best leader ever! Yes, the Alyssa Millner. That was one of my most favorite small groups!
I digress... We were instant friends. She went to battle in prayer over Will because she loved me. She is more special to me than she will probably ever know and I am so thankful that the Lord placed her in my life and family. This is a picture of our first camping trip together. (I think... if not it was early on in our journey)
They are fun!
The video of my mom, dad, and sister finding out won't load but... One word. Priceless. If you have any advice as to how I make it work. I would love that!

Watoto

These precious babies came to my church to do a little worship and He broke my heart for them. I have yet to have a burning desire to birth my own children, but I have a burning desire to take "babies" like this into my home and love them as my own. To want the unwanted, love the unlovable, to raise up a child that was once thought worthless and hopeless.

This is a deep desire for me, something that gets me excited for the future!

Go Here! God is doing some pretty cool things through this place.
